2026 dinner dance information

3rd and 4th Grade

Chestnut Hill Dancing School students are invited to our annual Dinner Dance. Parents and caregivers are welcome to attend as audience members and we hope you can join us! We do not need an RSVP for adults.  You will be able to notify us of any allergies or restrictions with your response.  Invitations were sent via email. 

Please kindly reply to the invitation by Friday, February 27th.

Attire remains the same: Skirts or dresses with appropriate dress shoes. Blazer and tie with dress shoes, no jeans or sneakers.

The children will share the 3 dances that they've learned, have dinner, and we will announce the winners of our Thank You Note and Ice Breaker contests. Our 3 course meal is intentionally chosen so that the students can practice their table manners. We will have chicken noodle soup, bread and butter, chicken, pasta and vegetables, and dessert will be vanilla ice cream. Allergies, vegetarian, etc. will be taken into account. We have assigned seating so the staff will know exactly where to serve. If you have a particularly picky eater, we suggest that they have a snack beforehand. 

Parents are invited to attend! Seating for adults will be available on the landing as you walk into the ballroom and on the balcony on the far side. We ask that parents follow the Cricket Club dress code; tailored jeans are fine but please no sportswear. Photography is encouraged but please refrain from other cell phone use.
